Aberfeldy Watermill Bookshop, Gallery & Cafe is a three-storey former oatmeal mill in the picturesque Highland Perthshire town of Aberfeldy. The Watermill was opened in 2005 by Michael Palin. In 2009 we were awarded UK Independent Bookshop of the Year and in 2016, included in the New Yorker book of 75 Greatest Bookstores in the World.

Browse the Chocolate and Gift shops, enjoy a guided Chocolate Tasting and learn about the world of gourmet chocolate.  Take a journey through chocolate history, cocoa processing methods and little known facts about chocolate in the small multi-media Chocolate Exhibition.  Relax in the Chocolate Lounge with your personal selection from the delicious chocolates, award-winning hot chocolate, fine tea, coffee and cake and finish with a walk along the beautiful River Tay.

Scone Palace has an exciting and colourful history as one of Scotland's most important stately homes. Fifteen hundred years ago it was the capital of the Picts. In the intervening centuries, it has been the seat of parliaments and the crowning place of the Kings of Scots, including Macbeth and Robert The Bruce.The Palace houses an outstanding collection of antiques, paintings and rare artefacts.
