Nestled in the Cairngorms National Park, The Cairn is a new home for adventure seekers and whisky lovers to explore and be inspired by the very best Scotland has to offer. Discover awe-inspiring views, passionate people and extraordinary tastes and flavours, shaped by the untamed wilderness that surrounds us.

As the home of world-renowned Caithness Glass, visitors can enjoy watching the skilled craftsmen at work, before meandering around our Gift Shop, Garden Centre, Art and Antique Areas and Highland Drover’s Exhibition.

You will also receive a warm welcome in our spacious, family-friendly Restaurant.

Whatever the weather you’ll find plenty to see and do, with activities for all ages indoors and out. We have 40 different species of animal, each with its own particular charm. Come and explore all that Auchingarrich has to offer and learn more about the animals. You can see the chicks in our Hatchery building and perhaps even see one hatching!

Highland Offroad is located in the pretty village of Dunkeld, close to the A9 trunk road and within easy reach of Scotland's major cities. There is something for everyone, whether a family day out, a corporate event, or a bunch of friends looking for adventure!

Scone Palace has an exciting and colourful history as one of Scotland's most important stately homes. Fifteen hundred years ago it was the capital of the Picts. In the intervening centuries, it has been the seat of parliaments and the crowning place of the Kings of Scots, including Macbeth and Robert The Bruce.The Palace houses an outstanding collection of antiques, paintings and rare artefacts.

Glenturret Distillery was known as The Famous Grouse Experience for several years (hence the large copper grouse statue that you see in some of our gallery of pictures). The distillery is now proudly going by the Glenturret name which was first established in 1875. Prior to 1875, the distillery was called "The Hosh" which doesn't sound like the best name for a premium malt whisky brand.
